PLEASE COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO MAINTAIN ACCESS TO THE CLUB PORTAL:

  • Step 1: Reset Your Password

    1. Click the "Forgot Password?" link here.


    2. Enter your email address to receive a password reset link. If you do not know the email attached to your account, please reach out to info@fizzinsac.com.


    3. Follow the link in your email to set up a new password.

















  • Step 2: Verify and Update Your Club Payment and Shipping Details

    Once you regain access to your account verify your club payment and shipping details.


    1. Make sure you are logged into your account. Pro Tip: Select "Remember Me" for seamless access next time. 


    2.  Access your portal by clicking the account icon located in the top right corner of the screen and choosing the "My Wine Club" tab


    3. Ensure your club payment, shipping, and delivery preferences are correctly updated. If any details are incorrect, you can make the necessary adjustments as follows:


    • Update your payment method by clicking "Change Payment".
    • Modify your shipping address by clicking "Change Address".
    • Alter your shipping preference by selecting "Change to Pickup/Shipping".










First time customizing club orders?

HERE ARE SOME SPARKLING QUERIES YOU MIGHT HAVE ABOUT YOUR CLUB PORTAL:

  • NEW! Customize My Club Order

    We're so excited to be able to seamlessly allow you to add additional club bottles to your normal club order as soon as the allocation period begins!  We'll notify you via email (one week before club week starts), signaling that it's time to make your selections. Simply sign into your account, click the account icon, and click the "My Wine Club" button.


    Upon reaching the "My Wine Club" page, please follow these steps:


    Step 1: Choose "View Packages". Here, if a package is Open, you can tailor your order.


    Step 2: Choose "Select Wines". 

    In addition to your normal hand picked bottles selected by our Chief Champagne Officer, Raymond James, this is your opportunity to buy more club bottles from every level at a special price!


    Step 3: Hit "Save Selection" to finalize your choices and confirm your delivery and payment details.


    MISSED MAKING YOUR SELECTION?

    No worries! Your  club order will still process as usual just without any additional bottles.
