Membership Terms and Conditions
Once joining the club, you will need to pay for a minimum of 3 fulfillments before a cancellation will be processed.
Cancellation must be made 2 weeks prior to club week being processed, online via www.fizzchampagneclub.com/cancel. Upon cancellation, you have have 30 days to pick up your club order(s) or it can be shipped to you at your expense, upon request. Failure to pickup within 30 days of cancellation, bottles may be forfeited.
Cancellation of a private dining room reservation WITHOUT 48 hours notice, will incur a $50 cancellation fee to your card on file.
Pre-paid memberships are not eligible for refunds.
Please note that our shipping occurs once monthly, specifically on the Wednesday following club week. Should you wish to include additional orders with your monthly shipment, kindly request this prior to the scheduled shipping date. We are happy to accommodate these additions to ensure your items arrive together.
If you have 3 or more orders available for pickup, you will have 30 days from the date of the most recent order to pick them up or arrange shipping or your bottles may be considered forfeited.
Shipping is available for a
$20 fee unless you're a Baller member, in which case it’s complimentary. If shipping is selected, bottles will be sent to the
address we have on file, and Fizz is
not responsible for missed deliveries or incorrect addresses. If the shipment is returned to us or no shipping address is provided and no pickup is made within 30 days, the bottles will be
considered forfeited.
You may place your membership on hold for up to 6 months.
If you request shipping and Fizz ships your bottles and the bottles are then returned to us, there will be a $15 restocking fee.
Trip deposits and payments are non-refundable.
