Did you know champagne can come out of a marriage? It’s true! When Madamoiselle Jumel married Monsieur Voirin, they combined their family’s vineyards and began to produce bubbly gold. This is a small production champagne house that focuses on quality over quantity. 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay make up the blend of this fizz with the Chardonnay coming from their Grand Cru holdings in the tiny villages of Cramant, Oger, Avize, Oiry, and Choilly, e.g. the crème de la crème of Chardonnay. Incredibly gorgeous boutique champagne for an incredible value!
